If you have shared the password with someone, change it immediately. The bank does not send email asking for password or any other info, so do not share this info with anyone.
Creating Password
Do not use common words for creating the password. Create a difficult password that is hard to guess. Combine letters and numbers while creating the password. Create an alphanumeric password. Use capital letters with the other letters in the password. Avoid creating a password that includes your name or family member’s name. Do not use date of birth and address in the password. Do not include telephone number in the password.

The bank website asks you to specify some personal verification questions. You should not share the answers of these questions with anybody. Never share this info in email. Updating the antivirus is very important for preventing threats to the computer. Ensure that the settings of the antivirus are set for automatic update. Enable the firewall on the antivirus. It helps in protecting the computer from malware and Trojans.
Safety While Travelling 
If you have to do online banking while travelling, ensure that the computer is safe and trusted. When you enter the bank website, do not leave it like that unattended. After finishing the work, sign out from the website while closing the browser. Clear the browsers cache, which stores the details of web pages you visit.
Avoid Fraud Emails
Do not click on emails sent by the bank. The bank will never send emails asking for login information. If you get email from the bank asking for login details, do not open this email and respond to it. In this phishing attack, you are asked for bank details. Avoid this fraud trick.
