How to Create Christmas Traditions?

The Christmas season is celebrated in different ways around the world, varying by country and region. Elements common to many areas of the world include the lighting of Christmas trees, the hanging of wreaths, Christmas stockings, candy canes, and the creation of Nativity scenes depicting the birth of Jesus Christ. Christmas carols may be sung and stories told about such figures as the Baby Jesus, St Nicholas, Santa Claus, or Grandfather Frost. Choose a non-government organisation which works for betterment of society to support at the occasion of Christmas that can involve everyone in the family. For example, choose small gifts for orphan children. Ask your kids to wrap them and ask other family members to make an arrangement to distribute the gifts, go to the orphanage and ask elder members to distribute the gifts.
Get family members to collect money for a needy organisation which is working for social cause on non profit basis. Kids might create greeting card on computer or by hand made and give to some else or really poor people and share light moments with them.
Make dinner for one or more local soldiers, policemen, social workers, poor people working in city who can’t go home for Christmas. Names can be identified through the base or National Guard. Include them in all Christmas festivities, even purchasing a small gift for them to have under the tree.
Organise a little cultural program in your residential area which will entertain your neighbours and by doing this you can spread happiness amongst your society. Remember one thing festivals are created to spread happiness not for following ritual, try to make someone happy in Christmas, think and act. Merry Christmas.
