How to burn calories without exercise?

Researchers have found that people who constantly move burn more calories. That seems obvious but many people don’t realize that constantly moving includes activities .These are not actual exercise these are some of actions performed by us in our daily routine.
Tapping your feet, drumming your fingers, standing up, sitting down, moving your head in circles, shrugging your shoulders, clinching your butt, andeven rolling your eyes!
These movements may seem to incorporate only small and insignificant muscle contractions but every time a muscle fibre moves it uses energy and increases your body’s temperature and metabolism.
It’s true that larger muscle fibres burn more calories, but when you’re attempting to elevate the metabolism, even the tiny boosts from smaller muscle fibres will help. If you’re trying to lose or maintain weight or just keep your metabolism elevated, make sure that you’re twitching and fidgeting as much as possible. Employing even these small movements while you’re riding on the bus, watching television or even eating breakfast will make a big difference in your metabolism.
You must avoid junk food which is easily available on local food joints, if you feel hungry very often then you must carry homemade food with you and should take intake of the food after regular time period.Dirking ample of water is necessary to regulate your bodily order, it can also be used to avoid hunger and so you can drink water when you are hungry and don’t want to eat.
Go to bed hungry. Instead of eating a late dinner or having a snack before bed, retire on an empty stomach. Your body has to burn some calories even while you’re sleeping, and if there isn’t any food in your stomach when you go to sleep, you’ll wake up a little less fat than when you went to bed.
