Why do yo need to consume more water?

Water is very important. It is hard to imagine the human race living without water. One needs to consume a good quantity of water daily but usually this does not happen. Since you do not level with the water quantity, intake of other fluids like juices is a must. Or else you can simply add some new ingredients to water everyday.
We need water mainly to keep ourself hydrated. Some people think that if not water then maybe some juice or milk or soda can do the job, but that is wrong. Yes fresh fruit juice and milk are healthy but then soda and artificial juices will do no good. They in fact add to the calorie meter. The level of water in take is likely to reduce in the winter season because of the cold weather. But you need to fill your tank and prepare yourself for the scorching summers heat. Water helps in fighting acne problems and gives you a glowing and radiant skin. Plain water drinking can be boring so try adding an extra taste to your glass of water.
Ginger lemon water is a good substitute for plain water. Ginger is anti-inflammatory and helps in digestion. And we all know that lemon has some superb health benefits. It boosts the immune system, good for digestion, it kills the stress away as it is very refreshing. If you do not like ginger lemon try some mint strawberry water. This is one cool refreshing drink that even your kids will enjoy. The mint is known to kill all the bacterias and viruses that breed during the winter season and the strawberries are known to prevent heart diseases and diabetes, improve memory, strengthen the immune system and other benefits. All you have to do is add some squashed strawberries and mint leaves in cold or hot water.
Clementine and pear is a good combination which you can add to your plain water. If you do not like pears you can use apples instead. But try adding a pear. A pear helps in weight loss, also improves digestion and heart health. Where as Clementine is rich in vitamin C, potassium, and very low in sugar and calories. It also aids in the slow aging process. All you have to do is add some sliced Clementine and pears in a glass of water and let it stay still for a while.
And this drink is for people who lead a stressful life which means it is for us all. A lemon and lavender water is a perfect blend of relaxation and health benefits. Lavender makes you feel relaxed. All you have to do is add these two things in a glass of water and let it stand for few hours. So now, the water intake will be better, right?
